How many days old are you?

June 14, 2011

With almost 7 Billion humans on Planet Earth, you probably share a birth date with many of them. Differentiate yourself by celebrating your days since birth, not your birthday. The following link will tell you how many days old you are, along with on which day you were born, on which day your next birthday is, and a few other fun facts about yourself:

HOW MANY DAYS OLD AM I?

Let You Be YouAnd if you were wondering the age of the world’s oldest person, Maria Gomes Valentim (right), was born in 1896! She lives in Brazil and is 41,977 days old. Upon searching for this information, I came across an article about the previous oldest person alive: World’s Oldest Man Dies in Montana. Before he passed away, Walter Breuning divulged the secret to a long life:

  1. Embrace change, even when the change slaps you in the face (“Every change is good.”)
  2. Eat two meals a day (“That’s all you need.”)
  3. Work as long as you can (“That money’s going to come in handy.”)
  4. Help others (“The more you do for others, the better shape you’re in.”)
  5. Accept death (“We’re going to die. Some people are scared of dying. Never be afraid to die. Because you’re born to die”)

Words to live by. Thanks for reading. Let You Be You.
